Upon purchasing your new home in Cypress Meadows, you became a member of the Homeowners' Association (HOA).  All HOA members - in good standing - have access to the community pool and amenity center.  At the present time, the amenity center is open year-round for access to the clubhouse, fitness room, etc. Hours of the amenity center and pool are 5 a.m. - 11 p.m.  The community pool is open May through September.  To enter the amenity center and/or pool area, you must have a key card to access the areas. One key card is allowed per household and cards are good year after year.  If you do not have a card or are in need of a replacement card ($25), contact NMI by e-mail at poolkey@nmitx.com.  Remember, it is not recommended that anyone swim alone and there is No Lifeguard on Duty so supervision of children is MANDATORY.
